Auditing is the independent
assessment of a company’s financial statement by a third party organization
presented to the management or board of the company and that gives the
top-management the true-financial overview or picture of the company. It is
performed by competent, independent body known as auditors or accountants, who
then issue an auditor's report based on the results of the audit.
All financial organizations or
business ventures requires to be audited to maintain their financial health and
