Many students can vouch for WLCI College, in terms of living up to the promises. For instance when our Design Institute students are counseled, they are promised :-

  • Exploratory Workshops
  • Industry Visits
  • Live Projects

  • Exhibitions showcasing Student’s Talents
  • 100 % Placements … and much more.
These commitments were met for our Alumni – Rohit Dhamija. With WLCI he was given many opportunities and his talents were fully exposed. Ms. Deepti Baweja, HOD (Head of Department) for the Advertising and Graphic Design School in Delhi, recognized his talents and nurtured him to dream big.

Dhamija has surpassed everyone’s expectations and the WLCI Team wishes even greater things for him. In the year 2012, he won the Ad Age’s Global Cover Contest for his Art Work and Design. He spoke about his concept – “The world coming together on a single street.”

Ad Age editors were intrigued of the seamless concept. Abbey Klaassen, an editor at Ad Age commented – “It just really stood out, we loved the detail”. Check out his design as compared to the other entries, below.

Feedback of WLCI on The World before Her

Nisha Pahuja has been making documentary for long and her recent one focuses on the bio-metrically opposite worlds of the 'Indian Women'.

WLCI feedback
One focuses on the 'Miss India pageant' and the other on the 'Durga Vahini Camps'. A documentary film by an Indian woman on Indian women has got an interesting tale to tell.

It talks about the Indian women's desires, dreams, failures and fears; the women of this film are shown as struggling with what it means to be an Indian woman caught between tradition and modernity, the old world and the new.
